CHEETAH WORLD POPULATION IN 2017

Help Africa’s most endangered big cat by supporting one of our captive-bred and reared cheetahs on their way to a free life in the protected wild through our successful Wilding & Release Programs…or adopt one of our Sanctuary animals who live permanently here at Ashia, Paarl, due to physical limitations preventing them from being released as they will not survive in the wild.

Supporting Ashia through Adoptions or Donations make for unforgettable and much appreciated gifts for children and anyone with a deep love and care about animals and their future.

The Next Generation Of Cheetahs

Ashia will continuously rewild captive-born cheetah and release self-sustaining cats into pre-selected areas identified, inspected and approved by Ashia’s management.
Whenever a cat is ready to leave the wilding program for final release, the available space in the wilding sections is immediately used to prepare the next generation for their walk on the wild side.
